Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
EldurVind currently offers one reliable shipping option to get your new shorts, tops, t-shirts, and matching sets to you:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and usually take 7-15 business days from the dispatch date. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping; all orders incur a standard shipping fee.
Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside of our local jurisdiction, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to EldurVind. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or refusal of delivery, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Reshipping will require a new payment for shipping fees.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
EldurVind is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. For lost or damaged packages in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Claims may take time to resolve.
