Our Refund Policy
At EldurVind, we are committed to your satisfaction with our shorts, tops, t-shirts, and matching sets. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like undergarments unless they are defective. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Please securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of such items.
